They carried out a fire risk assessment for us. The report arrived inside the quoted window, and it is detailed and readable, with a separate summary of just the actions that made it straightforward to work through. We raised queries and each one came back answered the next day with an amended report. When we asked exactly what had been covered on site, we got that in writing too. Very open and transparent, and explained all of our responsibilities clearly. Easy to deal with throughout. Highly recommended.

The Assessor was a very pleasant chap. He explained what he was doing as he went along and pointed out any issues with my FRA folders and discussed the solutions. I was really happy with the outcome of my assessment and the friendly nature of how the assessment was conducted

Organised fire risk assessments across multiple facilities. All fire inspectors were professional and brought a wealth of experience, enabling them to provide practical solutions to ensure compliance. Frequent calls with the office-based team were a pleasure; the office staff were always pleasant, helpful, and courteous, and greatly aided the organisation process from beginning to end.

The assessor really knew her stuff and was friendly, but professional. However this is a converted house with four flats and I feel that the resulting paperwork was complicated and very wordy. The freeholders manage the building themselves so perhaps should have engaged a company that could also do the necessary work. If you are a larger block/ company I would recommend them. This review originally appeared on Trust pilot and I had a reply saying that the report section summarises the information, that is of course correct, however, it could do with being in a better format for printing.

The information in advance was very helpful. This included a sample report to show the level of involvement. The assessor was punctual, professional and thorough. I was very happy with the paperwork after the visit which included a full report, a summary and other helpful documentation. Thank you

Quality report with clear and reasonable actions, saved us unnecessary cost in the long run. Helped me get everyone agreed. Great service afterwards always helpful and available to answer questions on multiple phone calls.
