How we can help your hospitality business
- After you make the first step of speaking to our friendly and helpful customer service team, we will provide you with a written quote, usually on the same working day. We don’t have any hidden fees – your quote is exactly what you will pay.
- We will arrange an appointment for a qualified fire risk assessor to visit your premises at a time and date that’s convenient for you.
- Our assessor will conduct a visual inspection of the premises and will take notes and photos.
- During the assessment, you can ask the assessor questions about the fire safety of your premises and have the benefit of their knowledge and experience.
- Your fire risk assessment report will be quality checked and sent to you by email 7-10 working days (from the date of payment).
Need it sooner? In most cases we can offer an express service of 2-3 working days for a small additional fee. - We will also remind you when it’s time to renew your fire risk assessment.

Included with your fire risk assessment and report:
Staff Training

We understand that it can be difficult to train staff with different shift patterns.
Problem solved!
Our online basic fire safety training can be accessed at any time of the day and from any device. You can assign training to members of your workforce and they receive a certificate on completion.
The training ensures that your employees have a basic understanding of fire safety which therefore increases the safety of your customers and staff.
Logbook

Keeping track of all of your fire safety testing, servicing and maintenance records can be time consuming and confusing.
Problem Solved!
We provide you with a logbook that contains guidance on the frequency of testing and maintenance and how to conduct your fire safety checks.
With the use of the logbook you will be able to track when testing, servicing and maintenance is due. It will also highlight areas for further investigation, for example if there are regular false alarms!
Fire Safety Policy & Emergency Plan Templates

Having a clear emergency plan and company policy on how you manage fire safety is important. This can be used to communicate to your customers and staff how you will keep them safe in the event of fire. Knowing where to start with producing this type of document can be daunting.
Problem solved!
We have developed comprehensive fire safety policy and emergency plan templates that you can incorporate into your own company procedures.
The templates give you a structure to work from and takes the headache out of writing something from scratch. Using a template will also make sure that you cover all of the areas relevant to fire safety within your premises.
Testimonials
The Libertine Group
We asked FRA to quote for fire risk assessments at our 6 venues. The quote was extremely competitive and we therefore booked the assessments.
The online training portal is fantastic and really easy to use. Providing the logbook and policy is also really useful.
The service is excellent, the assessor is fair, discusses everything with you and his reasoning for any remedial work that may need to be undertaken. The reports are produced quickly and you get the benefit of the online training for all staff.
